Feet appears in TV show ad!

Sixteen Feet's performance of Day Man from the show It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3TJZwwd-BwI) has captured the attention of the most important people in media today. Our sexily swinging hips appear twice in a new ad for the show, which can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eR5mnhR44I0 . With the massive royalties we will be earning, our future spring break trips will surely include skiing in Gstaad, scuba diving at the Great Barrier Reef, and romping around the International Space Station. Thanks to Ethan Adelman at FX Networks for including us in this ad!

Feet News

Valentine's Day has come and past, and our first ever Valentine's Serenades (at least in recent memory) were a big hit. We interrupted three different athletic practices, violated the silence of Cornell Library's second floor, and even made it out to the Mary Lyons Breakfast Room to either make someone's day or embarrass them beyond belief.

After about a year, the tracks of our new CD are ready to go. Look for it to be out by the end of the spring semester. We've decided on a name, and I'll give you a hints: the title of the CD is also the name of a popular children's game.

Also, some alumni news: Feet Alum Joseph Altuzarra '05 just presented his second fashion collection to rave reviews. You can read all about it here: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/02/18/fashion/18REVIEW.html?ref=fashion
And to think that he used to wear plaid...

Mountain Men

Coming off our Spring Break trip to the rugged wilderness of the Pocono Mountains the Feet are looking forward to a great semester. We spent the break in a cabin near Lake Harmony and had a great time. We went snow tubing, took some practice shots at the gun range and then tried out our skills on the paintball battlefield. In between all these rugged activities we even had time to go bowling and relax in the hot tub. Check out the pictures in our gallery.

It's been a long, hot summer but we're finally back at Swat! It's good to see all of our friends (and fans). We'd like to welcome the incoming class of 2011 and invite you to audition for the group next Saturday and Sunday (September 8th and 9th). You can sign up on the a cappella board in Parrish-- right next to the mailroom. And while you're here, check out our audio samples, our CDs and keep an eye out for upcoming concerts. Hope to see you around.
